An artist, a production company, and a former director collaborate, merging talents and expertise to professionalize students.
For the second year, French Production Service is collaborating with a team from the Kourtrajmé school. This project has been a true meeting of learning, talents, and artistic visions.
Since the beginning of 2025, we have supported students in producing a music video for the artist Khara. When the opportunity to work again with the Kourtrajmé students arose, we didn't hesitate for a second. Kourtrajmé, founded by Ladj Ly, is renowned for its innovative and committed approach to cinema, which perfectly aligns with the values of French Production Service.
Part of the filming took place on the beach of Bonne Brise (or Verrerie) in Marseille, an idyllic setting that enhanced the scenes. The Kourtrajmé team, composed of trainees, individuals in reintegration programs, and former students, brought boundless energy and creativity. Together, we captured the very essence of this enchanting place, providing a perfect showcase for Khara's music.
Our role was to support and guide this dynamic team throughout the process. From logistics to artistic direction, we put our expertise at the service of their vision. This collaboration was an enriching opportunity to learn from each other and push the boundaries of our creativity.
This project was much more than just a music video shoot. It was a human and artistic encounter, a fusion of talents and passions. We look forward to future collaborations with the Kourtrajmé school.
